Our Team
We, Reno Wiertz & Siebe de Roos, share a unique bond as former students of the NHL Stenden hotel school in Leeuwarden. Our paths crossed during graduation internships in Sydney, Australia, where we discovered that our shared passion for entrepreneurship and fine dining were the perfect ingredients for a fruitful collaboration. Inspired by our vision to create a unique gastronomic and vegetarian fine dining experience, we strive to bring people together and let them enjoy the moment.
