Down to Earth can call itself a Dutch Cuisine restaurant. This means that we have formed a partnership to promote Dutch cuisine and dining culture. A great goal! Because, in our view, Dutch dining culture deserves to be revalued. This rich cuisine, traditionally characterized by healthy, creative, and sustainable dishes, aligns perfectly with Down to Earth.

Our chef’s menu therefore fully adheres to the principles of Dutch Cuisine. Honest dishes that mainly consist of local seasonal vegetables, cooked without any artificial additives, with as few animal products as possible, and following the principles of ‘nose to tail’ and ‘no waste’. So, it’s good for people, animals, and the environment. And most importantly, very delicious!
